Garmin nuvi 265w

Downloaded updates for my new Nuvi 265w from the garmin web sit & now when turned it on i get System Software Missing, Tried resetting but i have still got the same problem.
All suggestions welcome.

Step1.
First, you have to need a DC power cord that needs to plug in a small USB slot located in the back of the GPS device.
Step2.
Downloads the Garmin express maps update software/ Garmin express setup on your personal computer and make sure compatible with windows computer. Install Garmin express software show on computer instruction with agree to the term and conditions. Click on install and yes when prompted window show.
Step3.
Connect your Garmin Nuvi device to your computer. Now open your Garmin express step up by double-clicking. Finally, you can click on get started here.
Step4.
Show on your PC Click on "Add a Device" and start the step-up process. All instruction follows that show on the screen. After clicking on install all icon and device will begin updating. The installation process time depends on the internet speed.
