So in 2006 I bought a JVC hard disk camcorder: Everio GZ - MG21U. Now that the hard disk is full I am looking for the software for my computer to burn it to DVD, but I don't see it with the instructions that I put in my filing cabinet when I got the camera.
Where can I get the software I need?
My computer with a DVD burner is MAC OS X 10.5.6.
The instruction manual stated should have gotten Capty MPEG Edit EX, but I can't find a disc with the manual.
I have vista and this worked for me
make sure cam is off and usb it to ur pc.
turn on cam and chose back up to pc
go to computer and open the foloders on your cam
minimize the page and drag the sd folder to your desktop
transfer files to windows movie maker
edit publish to whatever you want(dvd)
if you have vista you dont need the camera software,in fact the software sucks neway
