Go outside with a clear view of the sky. You won't be able to get a signal indoors, or even in a parking garage. The unit needs a clear view of the sky.

Refurbished digital cameras c330 and c315 are not reading Koday memory cards

C330 and C315 its compatible Only in 1GB SD card or maximum 2GB SD card. More than this it cant be recognized by the camera or to reformat it.

If your card is 1GB SD card still its now working it means the memory card slot of the camera is defective.

I have a new memory card. I cant get pictures

Your camera is only supporting SD/MMC Cards (up to 1 GB)

The card that you currently have might be faulty. Please try another card.

You might also need to switch the camera over to saving pictures directly onto the SD card.1: Menu, Cam settings, Chose AUTO or SD card option Press OK
Note: If the SD card isn't in the camera or is unreadable the camera will automatically go back to saving you taken pictures on the internal memory.

Will not receive sattlelite signal

1) wrong PORT and BAUD rate
2) LOW battery or bad battery
3) burned out SIIRF chip
check the port and baud is as it shoulkd be first the ensure the battery is fully charged. if both or all of those are ok then the news is not good

No satdallights signal

When changing out the battery, you may have pinched one of the wires on the antenna board or it's not mounted correctly.

Try taking it apart again and checking the wires. There are only two of them on the antenna part.

Garmin c 340 froze- what do I do

This solution is for c330 but it should work the same...

It took a nap...

Waking up your c330...

If you left your Garmin c330 on running the battery will have 1% life left. If you turn c330 back on again, it will flash screen for 3 seconds then die, even charging it at this point will not wake it back up. TO BRING IT BACK TO LIFE... plug in the power home or car into Garmin c330. There is a tab in the front Garmin gray frame of your screen. You must take like your fingernails and under the logo "GARMIN" pull the whole gray plastic frame off. Underneath the plastic frame to the right hand side. There is a "RESET" button. Make sure power is plugged in while hitting reset. Your battery should come back to life. Cheers
