When I first got the device, it worked great, even after coming to terms with the fact that you can't use it with video's as well on the HTC HD7, it's still an awesome piece of technology. But a few weeks ago I noticed my phone was having problems connecting to it, eventually throughout the day, I became unable to connect to it until I power cycle everything. Turned off the phone for over 15 seconds and turning the transmitter off while the phone is turned off, then turn it back on when I get the phone and Bluetooth turned back on. I don't know what's wrong and I've tried everything I can. Un-pairing it and then re-pairing it doesn't work either, because it is unable to see it. I don't believe it's a problem with the transmitter, as my brother's Atrix has no problem connecting to it. If anyone has experienced this kind of problem before or know someone, please let me know. Thanks.

Motorola blue-tooth devices are mostly meant for Motorola phones. This particular device is restricted to be used by Motorola phones. No matter how hard you try the devices will not pair because they are not compatible.
There are certain blue-tooth devices which are universally acceptable by all types of mobile phones but the MotoRokr T505 as it is dubbed by Motorola is restricted to Motorola phones.
Sorry for any inconveniences.

The device will return a list of devices it found during its search. Touch on the item that you want to connect to, enter a pass code, confirm the pass code on the other device and the pairing will be complete.
