It happened before, and I thought it is one off thing, but it happened again!? When cleaning/resetting proces starts - after changing cartridges, I get some ugly noise???!!! It sounds as the printer is gonig to break in 1000 pieces! Not knowing what to do I just turn printer off - and after restarting it goes on with whatever it does and everything seems to be ok again...

SOURCE: Printer makes noise while cleaning heads
Grinding noise is most likely caused by the carriage lock getting stuck and holding the print head at the home position. The noise is caused by the toothed belt that pulls the head back and forth, skipping over the splines on the motor drive wheel. If you have been able to print since the problem occurred, chances are that it has freed itself up and will be fine. Regarding the loss of cyan & magenta output, follow the solution given in my previous posts to complete a manual under-head cleaning cycle. This should get you going. Check this previous post for cleaning info: http://www.fixya.com/support/t137335-problem_print_outs_from_printer

Your printer needs a service reset. Epson printers will only accept x number of cartridge changes / print head cleans. Basically it's telling you that the waste ink pad is saturated. It will cost about £30.00 from a local service centre

Problem with printer main board. Usually, it's caused by short circuit at head. If you have experience in electrical circuit and soldering, check mounted fuse at main board. Check for f1 and f2 fuse. If the fuse is off, replace it. But you must check the head first. Find the reference in aicaxz solution for this condition. There are same condition as your printer, that resolved with this technique. But, if you don't have experience better take to epson service center.
Head cleaning is mechanical process, printing is electrical process.

Ive solved the problem, I took the side panels off, and found a piece of paper jammed in the gears, not sure how it go into the place where it was.
If anyone gets this problem, use the Epson disassembly guide found at: http://www.eserviceinfo.com/download.php?fileid=12748
Thanks!
