Printhead for a Kodak Printer 5300

I'm looking for a "printhead" for my Kodak all in one Printer 5300. Please give me details about how I can order it on line.

    I have not been able to find a printhead for the 5300 either. And I have just had this machine a year. I am going to find out if it's still under warranty.

Call customer service center click on kodak help icon or look on line for 1800 number they will send you a replacement printhead free of charge 1 to 2 days shipping

in this case it's a failure of the printhead. Go to www.kodak.com/go/itg and choose All-in-one printer - Print quality. Follow the steps and if it not helps you get a side where you can order a printhead for free.

Just installed new printhead and new black and colored ink cartridges. I do not have a calibration calibration sheet any longer. This is for Kodak easyshare 5300 printer.RAU

When you install new printhead in the printer, you will get a message" New printhead detected ,load papers in paper tray and press start. If u do not get this message,that means you have not installed printhead properly. Visit www.kodak.com/go/printheadsupport and click on 3 rd link installing or replacing a printhead to see how to install printhead correctly

How to replace the printhead in my kodak printer

Please visit www.kodak.com/go/printheadsupport and click on 3 rd link installing or replacing a printhead.It will show u through diagrams how to take the old printhead out and install the new one. If you do not have new printhead ,kindly call Kodak at 1800 421 6699 and they will send you new printhead after diagnosing your problem. Enjoy.

Photos are coming out tinted pink, and they look like negatives.

If your using the 5300 printer., You can press the menu button then scroll down and look for clean pritnhead then press ok button under clean pritnhead choose the deep clean., Try also to calibrate the printer.,

Now if this steps will not solve the issue of the printer please call kodak toll free 1 800 421 6699 for printhead replacement I think the printhead is free of charged.

Yes, you're right. You need a new printhead. You can make the stap by steps solution on the kodak website and then you can order a new printhead there.

Do you CHARGE for information which should have been provided FREE with the printhead? Included with the printhead was an internet number for prodiving instructions, but they were not provided at this number.

Most fortunately, I located some old instructions which I already had!

Black ink cartridge

You all need a new printhead. If the eyes on the demo sheet (copy and photo at the same time) are coming out all white and they look like zombies the black text isn't working properly. Try cleaning the printhead. If that doesn't work, call kodak, you need a new printhead.
