Add a Teflon oil treatment and consider servicing your transmission.  There's no reason a small engine should have to be warmed up (unless your oil freezes, in which case you need an oil heater instead.)

Have a 1996 toyota paseo I check the water level this morning and i went about 40 miles came to a stop and it shut down and had no water in radiator. Could it be the EGR value or the head gasket. Please...

It is not the EGR, it can be a head gasket, only a trained pro can check this and know for sure. You will need the system pressure tested and see if any of the cooling system components is leaking coolant.

92 Paseo starts fine each morning and afternoon. I drive it about 100 miles per day. If I drive it for 45 minutes, kill the engine, and try to restart it only produces a 'relay' click. The battery...

If you only get 1 click per key turn, sounds like the copper contact plate in the starter solenoid is worn. If you keep trying to start it and it eventually turns over click after click, then it more than likely time for a starter, or a starter rebuild if you're handy. The kits are available online for under $40

Have a 1993 toyota paseo it keeps running hot change out radiator and house it does not have a tremostate could that be making it run hot

An explanation of the cooling system.
You start your car, it is cold at first. The thermostat is shut. Car warms up and raises the temperature of the coolant in the engine block. Thermostat opens up. Water from the radiator (cool) is exchanged for water from the engine block (hot) The cool water causes the thermostat to shut. This traps the hot water in the radiator so that it can be cooled down. The cool water that was exchanged for the hot water, now becomes the hot water because it is in the engine block. It heats up until it's temperature causes the thermostat to open again, exchanging cool water for hot water. If you have no thermostat, then you will never hold water inside your radiator. You have to hold it there to allow it to cool off, then it becomes useful to cool your engine. So, yes put a thermostat back in it, and please vote as to whether this was helpful or not.
