This sounds like an internal problem, may be a bad connection on the board or dirty cd player, the best thing would be to take in for repairs or get a used one.
It may be cheaper to just get a used one, people are always installing aftermarket radios, check the internet for a used one or even a junk yard.
Seems to me like you need angine diagnostics performed. Your idle speed is way to high here. Mapping the engine should pinpoint and solve the problem. This is typic\lly done by nothing more than plugging a laptop into the onboard computer that governs the engine.
By the sounds of the OBD code that you have, you already knew thisabove procedure.Even so, have the Engine management unit checked, and get someone to check thermostat,engine timing,and might be worth having a full service done.

whenyou disconected the baterry and reconected the radio and clocks reset .you can try it again or you can try. the cd player has its own reset .should be a small hole .take a paper clip and straighten one end with the power on push the clip in the hole.
