The igniter will glow orange while the oven is on. This is NORMAL. If it went out the burner would not come back on when the thermostat calls for heat .
Its a good chance its the thermal control board to the fan (PCB),if faulty it doesnt allow fan to reach correct speed thus overheating. Hope this helps
Normally they are held on with metal clips at each corner, just pull the seal back and unhook the clips to remove the seal..
Re fit by hooking the clips into the holes in the front of the oven, you will probably have to stretch the seal to get it to fit with it being new.
