ITunes is an application that allows the user to manage audio and video on a personal computer, acting as a front end for Apple's QuickTime media player. Officially, using iTunes is required in order to manage the audio of an Apple iPod portable audio player, although alternative software does exist. Users can organize their music into playlists within one or more libraries, edit file information, record Compact Discs, copy files to a digital audio player, purchase music and videos through its built-in music store, download free podcasts, back up songs onto a CD or DVD, run a visualizer to display graphical effects in time to the music, and encode music into a number of different audio formats.

You have to download iTunes software and make a playlist then sinc the ipod.

How do I get the MP3 player to work in a 2007 Nissan Quest?

you said CAN , i bet you meant CAN'T or CAN NOT. right?
the AUX port is just a line input, analog audio input,
it dont know MP3 .
it only amplies the analog audio found there.
you connect any device, to AUX. push play on the device.
then put car radio in to AUX input mode and play. the audio.
that is all there is to it.
the external device does all the heavy lifting, reading a file, and decoding it (mp3 decode) and then sends raw analog audio out.

the cable is sold and radioshack, or walfart or many other stores,
Target, most MP3 players, come with this cable,
they use mini phone plugs, stereo, type,. (3 contacts)

Cd player wont play my cds

You may be trying to play an mp3 disc. An 02 would not have mp3 playback. It would have to be a standard formatted disc. One that less than 20 songs could be burned on and not rw

Honda Accord - AUX Connectivity/Supports

The AUX cables are just an input to the stereo, and it doesn't matter what format your music player uses. If you do need to change the cables to accept a different mp3 player, all of this is usually done in the wiring on the back of the stereo. hope this helps you.

How do you use a cars mp3 player...

When you burn a music CD from your computer, instead of burning an "Audio CD", which usually has a maximum of 80 minutes of audio, just burn a "Data CD" with the MP3 files you have on the computer, then you can fit 700MB worth of MP3 files, which amount to 200+- songs on one CD. Just insert that CD in the car stereo and it will play the songs just like a regular CD, but with much more songs on just one regular CD

Eer cd problems

Some recordable compact disc media, such as CD-R and CD-RW, may not comply with the standard CD format used in automotive CD players. When these CD's are used, customers may encounter error messages, skipping, or delaminating of the labels, which can cause an eject failure. It is important to question whether these kinds of CD media are being used. When customers encounter these symptoms, check the system with a known playable CD. Explain that the media may not be compatible with some automotive CD players. Replacing or exchanging the CD player will not address these issues.
