Scanning red and green over image! black and white, and color art prints. can i adjust something?

KM-3050/4050/505 is a pure Black & White MFP

In Hapkido, there are 11 levels, each represented by a belt color. The order is as follows (from low to high): white belt, white belt with yellow stripe, yellow belt, yellow belt with green stripe, green belt, green belt with blue stripe, blue belt, blue belt with red stripe, red belt, red belt with black stripe, and black belt.

Many styles of martial arts use a belt ranking system; however they may not all equate to the same skill level. Here are a few styles and their ranking order:

Karate - white, yellow, orange, green, blue, brown and black

Tae Kwon Do - white, yellow, green, blue, red and black

Judo - only uses white, brown, red and black

Kung Fu - no established belt ranking system

you must re-adjust in the RGB (Red-Green-Blue) setting. depending on the brand of your TV, because there are set manually from the TV (you must open the cover of the rear of the TV). and there is a set directly from the remote only, with the open "factory settings", then you can re-adjust RGB color, especially green, not too dominant with the other colors (RED-BLUE). how to set is that you need to neutralize the color, (color TV sets to zero level) so that the image becomes black and white. if the green is too dominant, then Decrease the level of Green Bias or Green Cut off/ G-drive.

try and scan the doc to your p.c first. If this is ok print the doc on your colour printer.
each brand of machine uses different ways to get colours, and yours do not match

it's tricky / annoying:

you have a preview ...
you have some of the (3) images checked
but also you have some of these images selected (blue outline)

now:
when you select (I don't mean the checking) an image you'll have to set the scanning params
again - or check them ...

if you select an image, and then set the params (like "color"), your scanned image will be in color

....
also resolution is the same way ..
especially after crating preview .. it'll be set to 300 Dpi
so after seecting one for scanning - check the resolution too :)

Well, assuming were talking about a dvd player with dvd's,you dont specify what type of cables you are using to conect it to your tv, it appears that it has something to do with Progressive Scan been turned on. Progressive Scan is a feature built in your dvd player, wich by using it, it would give you a better picture//resolution on your tv, you need to use Component or HDMI cables to hook up the dvd to your tv if you want this settings, but if you are using composite RCA cables (Red,White & Yellow) and the Progressive funtion is turned on by accident, it may give you a split screen, black & white, or no picture problems. Also if you are using Component (Blue, Green & Red) cables, if one of them is unplug, the picture can be out of colors, or no picture. Check this things, if not, write back with more details about your set up.
