you don't need a pin to download from epson- do you need a password to load new software? if that is what you mean, it's operating system based problem, and I can't help with that

If you forgot windows operating system password, you can use third party software Windows Login Recovery to create a windows password reset disk. With the disk you can reset your forgotten password.

1. Turn on your Wii console and go into the Wii Options Menu
2. Click on Wii Settings and click the right arrow until you see “Parental Controls”
