My magic chef microwave oven keeps tripping the circuit breaker. I have replaced the 20amp fuse in the microwave and it still trips the breaker. The breaker trips as soon as I flip in back to the on position. Your help is appreciated!
Chances are you have a shorted "monitor" interlock switch, or its mount is broken.
See this
door switch help file.

SOURCE: my microwave oven keeps tripping the circuit
If a fuse inside had blown, that would definitely reduce the current flow rather than trip the breaker.
I have replaced several breakers over the years; they no longer last forever.
Try your Amana on a different circuit, not in the kitchen; if that other circuit likes the oven, the breaker is bad.
If the alternate circuit breaker also trips, then you have not a blown fuse in the Amana but rather a shorted component inside and repairing the oven will likely cost about the same as replacing it.

The magnetron is probably defective "heats food" and there are two other parts that work with the magnetron, the high voltage diode and capacitor which can be issues. The cost to repair will approach the price of a new microwave oven.
SOURCE: My microwave stopped working. PLEASE HELP.
In all likelihood the mangnetron has failed, or perhaps even the Power Supply. or a fault that is shutting the system down for safety reasons You need to have it serviced by a reputable service centre/man.
Ensure you get a firm "Quote" before proceeding, and remember these days the cost of repair can equal or exceed the price of a new one.
SOURCE: When using the oven portion
If the breaker is an earth leakage type, it is possibly an earth leak problem which could be caused by insulation breakdown on the heater inside the microwave.
I would consult an aporved electrician for advice.
