I want to know if and how to set up my OKI 610n laser printer on a network and print wirelessly.
*IF*....Not without additional wireless hardware in your network. It only comes with a "wired" connection.
You would need a Wireless Router, (or a Router and a Wireless Access Point,) to which you would run an Ethernet cable from your Printer to it. You then can use the on-screen menu to program the Ethernet interface with a Static local IP address, manually. I didn't check, but some printers have configuration software for this that will let you do the configuring within a webpage.
Once that is done, the printer drivers must be installed on all PC's you wish to connect it to, regardless of their connection method.

If you look on top of the fuser roller(upper orange roller), there is a thermistor (orange rectangle plastic that rides on the roller) you will see four wires going into that housing. Two are for the thermistor and the other two is for the fuse that is built into the housing. You would have to use a soldering iron to melt the plastic that the fuse is sitting in. You would have to figure out what to use as a fast blow fuse.
Okidata makes it difficult to take out the thermistor because the nut is locktite on the screw. Try using the soldering iron to melt it. Just make sure you dont damage the thermistor.

The counters reset when you install the new drums. Did you purchase Oki drums or were they after market drums..that could be the problem.
