Rangemaster grill remains hot when switched off.

When our Rangemaster grill is switched off, there still seems to be quite a bit of warmth coming fr on it, although not full on. Any idea as to the likely cause?

What, the rotary knob? Can they get misaligned so they don't turn off properly?

That happens either because the timer control is faulty, or because there is a contact on the element wires or connectors, and the element is grounded.

Control board and wiring harness are tested using a multimeter.
