Window Regulators and Motors - REMOVAL & INSTALLATION
NOTE
Some window regulators are retained at least in part, by
heavy-duty pull rivets. To remove these rivets, the center mandrel must
be pushed through with a small punch, and the rivet(s) drilled out with a

inch drill bit. The factory recommended repair requires the
use of the same quality of heavy-duty pull rivet.

Coupe and sedan front doors use a cross arm regulator. The
following procedures are required for removal and replacement of both
power and manual window regulators.
Remove the door trim panel, as outlined in this section.
Remove the plastic sheet water deflector and the energy absorber
(foam pad).
Remove the door window. Please see Door Window Glass, Removal and
Installation in this section.
Detach the electrical connector, if equipped.
Remove the window regulator bolts and the regulator cam nut.
Drill out and remove the pull rivets.
Remove the window regulator cam bolt.
Remove the window regulator from the vehicle.
CAUTION
Do not attempt to service the window regulator motor separately.
It is part of the window regulator. The regulator lift arm is under
tension from the counterbalance spring and can cause personal injury if
the motor is removed from the regulator. The door window regulator
cannot be serviced separately. If defective, replace the regulator and
motor as an assembly. To install:
Position the regulator by inserting the bottom through the access
opening in the door, then rotate the top of the regulator through the
opening while lowering the regulator to clear the top of the access
opening. Align the holes in the regulator with holes in the door inner
panel.
Install the door window regulator bolts and tighten to 89 inch
lbs. (10 Nm).
Install new pull rivets. Install the upper left rivet first,
followed by the lower right rivet.
Install the door window regulator cam bolt and cam nut and tighten
both to 89 inch lbs. (10 Nm).
Attach the electrical connector, if equipped with power windows.
Install the door window. Please see Door Window Glass, Removal and
Installation in this section.
Install the energy absorber (foam pad) and reposition the plastic
sheet water deflector.
Install the door trim panel, as outlined in this section.
most likely problem is incorrect gas pressure or a clog in the gas line. If this is a propane heater (you did not specify) then the owners manual is wrong on the gas pressure, you should call the manufacture to get the correct settings for propane.
Either way you need an experienced gas person to come set the gas properly.
Also I had serious problems until I had the gas company install a regulator right next to the heater (so the entire under ground gas line was high pressure). I use to have a regulator next to my house so low pressure fed all the way from my house to the heater (200ft) and this caused serious problems like this.
I also had a regulator break on me one year. It basically stopped putting out the right pressure.
Lastly the flame sensor could simply be bad. If you are still having this problem I can explain how to remove and test the flame sensor. It is easy to test and easy to replace.
TV repair man said that the regulator BSC 62A is damage. When apply power to TV on the power light on the front of the TV comes on but nothing shows on screen. Whats wrong?
Remove the rear door trim panel, as outlined in this section.
Remove the plastic sheet water deflector.
Remove the window-to regulator bolts by raising the window far enough to gain access to the bolts through the door metal.
Raise and securely tape the window in the full up position.
Detach the electrical connector.
Remove the mounting bolts and remove the regulator from the door.
If the motor is to be replaced, simply unbolt the motor from the regulator.
To install
If the motor is to be replaced, install the motor to the regulator. The motor can be installed with the regulator in any position. Tighten the bolts to 89 inch lbs. (10 Nm).
Install the regulator to the door and install the mounting bolts. To ensure proper orientation of the window regulator to the door, it is very important that the window regulator bolts are tightened in the specified sequence. Tighten the bolts to 89 inch lbs. (10 Nm) in this sequence.

Thank You For Using Fixya.
Please give a good feedback, also let me know if you need any further Info.
Good luck.
Sounds like your regulator is faulty, I would start there. Be sure any regulator you have installed is installed correctly, not backwards as reversed regulators will not work properly. Also be sure to keep regulators clean, there are breather holes in regulators to break vacuum when the regulator opens and closes, if these are clogged the regulator will not open or close properly. Hope this is helpful.
