Using the MP960, I have been experiencing incorrect color matching from the computer to the printer as well as from an SD card in the printer. The color in heavy on Magenta. I have tried the head nozzle check pattern and have good results, but the photo glossy paper (4X6) shows poor color representation. I have changed out the photo magenta and the yellow cartridges and use either Canon original or Carrot ink ones. Any suggestions??? Would the print head be bad, and if it is, is it easy for me to change out the print head? (the machine is 2 years old and has never been worked on)
