You can purchase replacement motors from Mattel (Fisher Price's parent company).

It will be one of the following 3 products, just pick the one that matches what you have now:

These stuff toys on the mobile are not an available replacement part from Mattel.

They are available on eBay from a few different sellers though.

If you have registered your product, and you contact Fisher Price, they will send you a replacement top - this will include the motor and mobile (with leaves). The A/C adapters and connection cords may also be to blame - these are common problems with this swing. We have had pieces of ours replaced many times - always free of charge from Fisher Price.

i just bought 1 from goodwill and the mobile on the top didnt work.. I took the screws out and found that the wires were sheared in half. i spliced the wires together and it worked perfectly.
