Microwave oven XNU441968 (Microwave convection oven) Oven Model KEMS 30855500

I'm guessing the model number would be KEMS308GSS0.
In some cases, this is a glitch that can be cured by unplugging it for 1 minutes, then resetting the clock.
In other case, it may be a bad keypad (membrane switch) or control board.

If one of your door springs has failed, you will need to replace both, as well as any associated hardware that has failed.

The first thing I would do is a hard reset (simply unplugging it for a couple of minutes) if that has not been done already.
Then one would need to retrieve the technical sheet (mini-manual) found behind the control panel assembly.
If you don't find your mini-manual,
or if you want to look at it before removing the controller, you can
download it here. Just enter your model
number from the tag on your unit.
If a reset won't fix it, I would bet there is a loose connection where one of the boards connects to another, or some contamination from grease or steam, etc., at one of those connectors.
A lot of time one can unplug then reconnect the connector, and that will clean it. Or one can unplug the connector and clean the contacts with a soft pencil eraser.

well i will give you a link to suggestions that have already been made by other experts on Fixya. click here A. Unplug oven or disconnect power. B. Open the back panels and make sure the P6 and P2 connectors are fully inserted on the appliance manager and on the lower oven user interface board. - If they are not plugged in, plug in connectors and go to step F. - If they are plugged in, go to step C. C. Visually inspect all wires between P6 on the appliance manager and P2 on the lower user interface. - Make sure wires are not cut or pinched. - If the wires appear to be intact, perform a continuity check between P6-1 of the appliance manager and P2-1 of the user interface board.
