Try to change your boot order from BIOS Settings, i have a client with aspire 4750z that have same error.
Move USB FDD to the last by pressing F6 button

Is your Hard drive Detected by the computer? check it in Bios if it is detected or not,if it is detected then select first boot device as Hard drive. still you are getting the same problem then there might be chances that your OS is corrupted and you need to re install it.
