1. Test harness/connections P4 (EOC) and P11 (Surface Element Control Board). 2. If harness checks correct, failure can be caused by faulty UIB, Surface Element Control Board, or EOC. Check harness and connectors from the EOC to Mini Oven Control Board. Check for 15VDC to Mini Oven Control (red and gray wires). If harness and voltage are good replace Mini Oven Control. If fault returns replace EOC.

Hello & Welcome to FixYa

F3 error means open/shorted oven temperature sensor and to solve this problem the sensor needs replacement. If you want to do it yourself and wan to be sure before replacing the sensor then you can test it with a voltmeter between 1080-1120ohms....if it reads more then or less then this then it needs replacement however, if the reading is around between 1080-1120ohms then it is the control board that needs replacement. is the door on the unit locked usually the f3 error code relates to you having to replace the sensor here is a link to the sensor that you would have to replace http://www.appliancepartspros.com/part_details.aspx?part_id=2126179&pn_=316134900 it looks like this and is found on the inside of the oven usually if you perform an ohms test on an oven tempreture sensor it should read between 1000-1100 at room tempreture any less and you would have to replace if you have any further questions message me back and please remember to rank how this opinion has helped in your appliance situation Thanks Rick

F3 error code indicates a open/shorted oven temperature sensor and to solve this problem the sensor needs replacement. If you wan to be sure before replacing the sensor then you can test it with a voltmeter for around 1100ohms....if it reads more then this then it needs replacement however, if the reading is around or less then 1100ohms then it is the control board that needs replacement. F3 code error indicates a bad oven temperature sensor (RTD). To fix this error, Check sensor harness and harness connection between oven sensor and oven control. Replace oven temperature sensor (RTD) if wiring is ok.
