Can i run utorrent portable from a flash drive on a dfferent computer

You need to download the drivers from the website onto a flash drive and install on the computer you just reloaded. It would be better if you had the original driver disk, however.

Go to http://support.acer.com/us/en/default.aspx, click on desktop, and follow the instructions to enter your model information. The drivers you want are the LAN drivers. Copy them to a flash drive, insert the flash drive into the computer you need drivers for, and run the setup for the drivers.

1) Turn off your wireless router and unplug the external hard drive you want to make wireless.
2) Plug an Ethernet cable to the "Network-attached storage" device, and the other end of the cable to an available Ethernet port on your wireless router.
3) Connect one end of the USB cable to the wireless router's available USB port and the other end of the USB cable to your "External" hard drive.
4) Turn on the both the Wireless router and the External hard drive. Make sure that your Internet connection is still working.
5) Insert the installation CD and run it on your computer. Follow the installation instructions and install any utilities related to your external hard drive. There may be special utilities provided for flash drives that are not needed for hard drives.
6) Create a login name and security password for the "NAS" device during the setup process. When the installation process is completed, you will now be able to use your external hard drive.

Trick is that it saves all configurations in separate file in installation directory instead of default %APPS% directory.

Hi there, Follow the following instructions: 1) Go to uTorrent.com and click download the utorrent software 2) Install the program 3) Browse to a site that serves torrent files...or do a google search for .torrent files 4) then save the .torrent file to your hard drive 5) Run uTorrent and click "Add Torrent..." from the File menu. Select the .torrent file you saved in the previous step. The download file will appear in the main window. Once uTorrent has found peers that are serving the file, it will begin downloading the file to your computer

Of course you can recover all your data whether its being reformat at first. But if you format that in second time i don't thinks its possible. Most public networks will block p2p traffic, and most public computers won't allow you to make any changes to the system.

If your trying to install it to the disk so that you can run it from the disk without having to install it on the public computer, I don't think that will work either. The only programs that run from a usb disk are specially made to be portable.

I'm sorry to inform you that this is just a really bad idea my friend.
