You will need to take your mobile to a Nokia service center to get it serviced as the water may have damaged the touch-screen by short-circuiting it.

Its having a problem in your speaker. You need to change that.

Take the phone back to the retailer you bought it from and demand a replacement or that they fix it VERY quickly. The phone is obviously defective from start.

My best guess is that they will fix it for free, at least thats what they are supposed to do.
