One of our employees set up call forwarding on our PBX system (KX-TDA200) at some point because he wanted calls to ring to his cell phone while he was away in the bathroom. Now, we can not get the call forwarding feature to cancel. We have multiple lines coming in to a main phone system and when a line rings more than 4 times without anyone picking it up, it is automagically forwarding to his cell phone. I have attempted to cancel the forwarding on our main phone unit (KX-T7636) by doing a pick-up receiver,*71,0,0,hang-up receiver which is what I read in the manual. It displays a message stating that the FWD/DND is off. However, testing it... that is not true, it still forwards to that cell phone. HELP?!?!

Oh boy!, how do you tell a spammer from a non spamme?.This is what you should do to solve that problem.Using maintenence console,go to program 4.1.2 and enter Extension Number/Name and turn Foward status(FWD) availability off.Do the same to DND.Very clear or contact your technician.Oh boy!, how do you tell a spammer from a non spamme?.This is what you should do to solve that problem.Using maintenence console,go to program 4.1.2 and enter Extension Number/Name and turn Foward status(FWD) availability off.Do the same to DND.Very clear or contact your technician.

There are 2 Voicemails availiable 1 TVM/TVP external voicemail systems - you culd just unplug this unit 2 SVM internal voicemail - you cant disable this completely but you can clear the message completley and it wont work - if it is individual voicemails you could just clear the call forwarding by dialling *7100

You have to set the button up first. You can press the FWD button (or press INTERCOM and dial *710) then x (500 or 165 for your voice mail) #, where x is 2 for all calls, 3 for busy, 4 for no answer and 5 for busy/no answer. That will set the FWD for calls. To set DND, dial *7101. Once you set those codes, your FWD/DND will toggle between the 3 steps of OFF/DND/FORWARD.
*7100 cancels the button. These are the codes for All calls. There are 711 and 712 codes for internal and outside calls if you need to split them. Also, the No Answer and busy timer can be adjusted by the *713yy command where yy is the number of seconds. A good number is *71324 which gives you about 4 rings.
This is explained in you phone system Operating Manual (OM) under Call Forward and Do Not Disturb.
It depends on what phone system the 7130 is connected to. Most FWD sequences start in the 7xx's. In a TA series, you have 711 ext # to forward it to some extension and 714# for DND. On a TD it's 710x with 2 being all calls and 7101 being DND. . If you have your 7130 connected to anything lower (like a flat pack 308,616 or 1232) just look at the button because I don't think it will do anything else :-)
In the above examples, ending in 0 usually cancels, like 7100 cancels CF and DND on a TD and 710# on a TA. The OM or user's guides to your particular KSU will have the details under Call Forward and Do Not Disturb.
Take the handset off the hook, then press the FWD/DND button followed by 0 (zero). When you hear the tone, hang the handset back up. This will work with the PT (Panasonic Proprietary telephone) system. (Alternatively, pick up the handset, press 7 (seven) 1 (one) 0 (zero) 0 (zero) and hang up after the tone. This works for PT and SLT phones (single line telephone))
The same sequence works to cancel call forwarding (except for follow me forwarding). In the Follow me mode, pick up the handset, press FWD/DND or 7 1 0 followed by 8 and the extension number. Then hang up after hearing the tone.
Panasonic KX t7730 call forwarding function to external party:
If you are using the Kx-TA624 pbx (TES 824 models) system, program your phone unit (t7730) as follows: lifet handset, press FWD/DND button, press 3, then the outside line access code, then phone number, then #, then return handset.
If you are using the kx-ta1232 (higher models) of pbx system (usually with 9 or more CO lines cabable, use the following command:
lift handset, press FWD/DND button, press 6, then the outside line access code, then telehone number, then # then return handset to cradle.
Try dialing 710x 165 (#) from the intercom on your phone, where x=2 for all calls, 3 for busy 4 for no answer and 5 for no answer/busy. Once you dial it, the FWD light should blink and if you press it again it will go out.
The 7633 has a FWD/DND button. Is it blinking, lit solid or dark? It's designed to be pressed 3 times for FWD DND or OFF....It's programmed as follows, assuming that 500 is your voice mail access code:
From the intercom dial *7101. That sets DND. Dial 710x 500 # to set call forwarding where x-2 for all calls 3 for BUSY for for NO ANS 5 for BSY/NA. 7&8 are FOLOW ME commands and they have a different set of instructions ie Dial *7107 plus your extension to have calls come to the phone you're at and *7108 plus your extension to cancel it. I have never seen it used. *7100 cancels all forward and DND arrangements from your phone..
This is just hte command set for ALL CALLS. You can also set up forwarding for Outside Calls and Inside calls seperately and you can program buttons to do the forwarding.
Your Panasonic dealer has 2 manuals that you would find interesting, one is the TDA Operating Manual and the PTPM Manual. The operating manual has a complete set of programming instructions for the manager and users of TDA systems, the PTPM has a complete set of programming features that can be performed from a Panasonic 76XX display phone.
THe pdf's aren't huge and they can be sent to your email address if you provide one under the Ask Me button.
Lift the handset, press the FWD/DND button, dial 2 and the extension you want your calls to forward to, you should get a comformation tone, hang up the handset.
Cancel the fordwarding by lifting the handset, press the FWD/DND button, dial 0 , get tone, hang up.
