Just press the menu key,that is the square shaped middle key, then u will see menu and then press settings key( that is round wheel pinion like icon) and press it. Then press the fifth icon (same as the settings icon) after that u will have to press the first icon for language settings and second icon for keyboard language........hope it will be useful for you.

On the phone, go to Start>Settings>System>Regional Settings, change to English, but I tried it just now (but on a different phone, but windows mobile, like the omnia) it didnt change anything..
You need a english rom, which you can get from Samsung's Website
I tried to find the model number you gave me but couldn't find it, maybe it was bought elsewhere? If so, make sure you change the region/location on the website.
