Hi My Samsung just became unresponsive, tried a good outlet, and tried to turn with the preset remote-nothing. Before I try to open the TV, do you have any thoughts? Thanks Paul
Replacing the fuse worked for a few days, and then the fuse went out again. I did this 2 times already. The TV repair shop says it might be the "degaussing unit." He may charge me $175 to fix it.
In this bad economy, it may be worth it to fix it than to buy a $1000+ TV.
I had the exact same problem. Before I threw the TV away, I opened it up and saw a blown fuse near the power cable connection.
I just replaced the tiny fuse in the same TV. It's a 250-Volt 5-Amps
fuse. Make sure you get this exact fuse. Otherwise, it will blow
again. Now, the TV's working fine.

TV just stopped working. I've called into several repair shops, and apparently this has been pretty common. One tech told me he had replaced 16 power supply's in the past 6 months. Which, from one tech, in one metro area, that's a serious problem. Called Samsung, who said they would send me a refurbished one, then they renegged, when I called back about it, they said they thought it was a computer monitor. I explained the issue, and apparently, they don't care if there's a serious malfunction on these models. Back to the drawing board, I got an LCD flat screen, and it's great! Not Samsung this time. I'm going to crack her open and see if I can fix it myself, and then re-sell it.
Does anyone have a part number on the power supply and corresponding circuits/wires that I might need to have?
well my tv will work fine then when i shut it off it wont come back on so i took it apart to find a blown fuse once replaced the tv is fine till you shut it off and expect it to come back on. and suggestions?
Samsung TV just went off. Everything else works (cable box, etc) but the TV won't. Its under a year old!!
Hi
I have the same problem with my Samsung Model TXN3275HF. However I checked my fuse, and it seem to test fine. Problem to be determined. I'm leaning towards the power supply.
