You did not provide any information so I have to be general.

1.) I assume this is a clothes washer and not a dish washer?

2.) What is the model number? It should be on a label on the face of the unit after you open the door.

3.) The E4 error code on your model washer is an inlet valve failure. Does washer seem to fill up with hot and cold water at a steady rate?

What model is your Samsung? There are different error codes for different models.

The E4 is an error code. What the washing machine "is trying to communicate" to you is that it has detected a load imbalance at the clothes being washed; thus it won't be able to spin at full speed. Maybe it stops waiting for you to distribute the clothes more evenly. E4 is an unbalanced error- the load in the drum is unbalanced. Try switch off the power and re arrange or remove some of the items to be washed.

Error code..how resolve

The F33 error code indicates a pump drive system error. If the pump ohms out correctly & the harness is secure I recommend replacing the CCU (central control unit).
