Not working I have replaced the battery, but the phone still wont charge.

make sure battery is charging, if not replace the battery. Sometimes the charger wont charge the phone depending on the type or sometimes the stop working.

Try a different charger if still no charging then replace phone battery

If your telephone wont stay on and wont charge, then you need to carry out some test to know where the fault is from. First, test your battery if it is working by inserting it in another phone then charging it for about 3 hours then power on the phone to see if it will come on, if it does, then it means the battery is alright. But if it does not come on, then you know the battery is bad and needs to be replaced.

Now test the phone by inserting a well tested battery inside the phone then power it on, if it comes on, then the phone is alright, but if it does not come up, try to prop the battery so it will connect tightly with the terminal of the phone, then power it on, if it comes on, then it means the battery was loose and just need some propping, but if it still does not come on, then there is a problem with the phones power panel.

Test the charger also, by trying to charge another phone with it to see if it will work, if it charges, then it means the charger is alright and if it does not charge, then it means the charger is bad and need to be replaced.

After carying out these tests, you will be able to tell which component is faulty and needs replacement.

just check your charger first. if its working condition is perfect then replace your battery with a temporary battery and check its working.

steps... 1) check by using another charger...if it gets charged then change ur charger.. 2)if its not getting charge then replace the battery and then try charging...if its again not working then battery problem..change it 3)if the battery s in proper condition then the problem s with the phone charging socket..change it for cost!!!!!!!!

yes the battery is dead. replace it. cant help ypu anymore as you alone can replace it.

Usually when a rechargable  battery won't take a charge it need to be replaced.  I have had good luck purchasing replacement phone batteries on ebay but you can also try a local phone store or Radio Shack.  Its possible your charger is bad but it is usually a bad battery as they have a finite life where the chargers seem to work forever unless damaged by being dropped
