If you have a computer or know a friend with one then you can connect to a computer. If you are using the Windows operating system open Windows Media Player. In the library you should see your MP3 player and can click on it and it will show all of your music that you can edit any way you want.
If you are using a USB connection you canjust click on the Sync tab and the edit your music.
is the music files in the music folder? (its a hidden folder stupidly enough so is hidden files turned on in your operating system?)
are they mp3 or wav files? If the answers are no - now you know why.
The drivers necessary are part of Windows Media player 10, or higher.
As long as you have Windows XP / SP2, or Vista and Windows Media Player, your device will work with your computer.
my laptop isn't recognizing the mp3 player
