Earphone is not working

I can't change channel of music player with earphone in samsung gt s-5263 and can't even pick the call from that. plz help me.

Undocumented WMA playing mode
Looks there is a previous version of this same player which reproduces WMA but according to current manual which came with player, it supports audio formats MP3, OGG,APE, FLAC,WAV and AAC. WMA is not included I happen to like WMA format so copied some WMA files to music folder. Player hadn't recognized it. So changed wma extension to mp3, just as simple as that.and now I have no problem to listen my wma audio discography. This trick saved me long hours of the file conversion process.
Warning: Don't TAG these renamed mp3 files. They'll get illegiblel

By the way, Earphones have surprisingly good sound quality but they don't fit in my ears! So I replaced the with Samsung earplugs which came with my cell phone

My samsung GT-B7330 .has no sounds even in the media player cannot open. all may ringtones doesnt play ,no sound at all,and also vibrate is doesnt work ..i try restarting it doesnt help at all

Cant hear nothin out my samsung shg-t239 because it says remove earphone, but i dont know how... it must be something in da settings that i hav'nt mastered yet so could you help me make calls again...

You can't remove your proper, Now put your earphone and start the player, now you hear the music, and sound, now off your music play and plug out your earphone, now surely you get the sound.

VIDEO PLAYER HAVE NOT AUDIO SOUND.
For connecting internet you need to install samsung PC studio. Then connect phone in PC studio mode with bluetooth or data cable. Then goto > toolbox. There you can connect to internet from your PC. for scrolling music & contact one by one, just press volume key UP & down to scroll. And second option check you mobile music and video file suppot file and thats file is working but deferent file is not wiling just come video but no audio so use vide file converter and Chang file extension .
