Joshua L,
Unplug the computer from power. Follow Anti-Static Precautions. Remove the graphics card. Plug the monitor cable into the VGA port in the I/O area. (Motherboard)
[I realize you may have already performed this, but cannot leave any 'stones unturned' ]
Close the computer case.
Press the Power On button in, and hold it in. Hold for a count of 10 seconds. Let go of the Power On button.
Do this same procedure two more times.
[You may see the Power On LED flash for the first two times. Should not flash for the last one ]
Why?
You are clearing CMOS Error Codes, and resetting BIOS Setup back to the factory default settings.
Now plug back into power. WAIT 1 minute, turn the computer on.
Integrated Graphics back?
No?
Then we will now find the Driver.
1) Unplug the computer from power.
2) Follow Anti-Static Precautions.
Anti-Static Precautions:
Your body carries Static electricity. Static WILL fry out (Short Circuit), the delicate hardware components inside a computer.
Relieve your body of Static BEFORE reaching inside your computer.
Computer ON a table, computer unplugged from power, computer case open.
TOUCH an unpainted surface, of the metal frame of the open computer case.
This action will relieve your body of Static.
IF, you leave your computer in the middle of working on it, be SURE to Touch the metal frame again upon your return.
Processor is to the Top. (Ram Memory slots to the right)
Look towards the bottom of the motherboard, and look for a VIA chipset.
To Add;
Below the processor socket is the Northbridge. It is part of your motherboard chipset.
Northbridge/Southbridge;
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Motherboard_diagram.svg
Example of a basic desktop motherboard showing the Northbridge, and Southbridge chips,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:ASRock_K7VT4A_Pro_Mainboard_Labeled_English.svg
(Northbridge is under an aluminum finned Heatsink.
Remember CPU stands for Central Processing Unit. Another term used is Microprocessor, or Processor for short )
The Northbridge chip of the motherboard chipset, handles the Faster capabilities of a computer.
Handles the Processor, Ram Memory, and HIGH-speed graphics.
Note the term High-speed graphics.
High-speed graphics is AGP, and PCI-Express.
It is NOT integrated graphics, or a graphics card inserted into a PCI slot.
The Southbridge chip handles the Slower capabilities of a computer.
Handles anything connected to the;
A) PCI bus.
1) This would be the white long PCI expansion slots,
and,
2) Integrated Graphics since it uses the PCI bus.
(Integrated Graphics is also known by an older term.
OnBoard Graphics. Easier to understand. ON the motherBOARD)
B) IDE (PATA) bus
C) SATA bus
D) USB bus
E) Ethernet bus
F) Audio (Sound)
Find the Southbridge chip. Has VIA on it.
May match one of these VIA Southbridge chips,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_VIA_chipsets#Southbridge_chips
Now match them up on VIA Support,
http://www.via.com.tw/en/support/drivers.jsp
Step 1. Click on the blue Down Arrow to the far right.
In the drop-down list click on - Microsoft Windows
Step 2. Windows XP
Step 3. Integrated Graphics
Step 4. Click on the appropriate VIA product.

take the side of the computer off and look for the model number on your motherboard. you need to know if your using a network card or if its onboard Lan. if everything you need is onboard all you need to do is search your motherboard number on the internet and download the drivers. you need can select what you need, sound, lan etc. your goning to have to use a friends pc so you can download these files. when your Lan is installed go to the microsoft webpage and get the latest updates, that will solve the usb in your device manager

Hi, have you check the status of the video card in the window device manager.
1. Right clicking My Computer icon on your desktop
2. Select Manage option from menu
3. Select Device Manager
Please verify if there is any yellow color exclamation appears on the left side of your new video card adaptor. If so you need to install a driver. I am assuming your pc is running window xp and video card adaptor is window xp compatible.
Hope this help.

Did you mean HGX 260?. Her is the download page for the GX 260.
Natually you will have to turn back on the "on board" video in the BIOS . If this video driver doesn't work, all you have to do is rool back the driver nothing lost.

I worked on one of these pc's today, and even a PCI video card won't work in them. The onboard video cannot be disabled in the bios or via jumper on the motherboard, so it cannot be fully disabled--period. Disabling in the device manager does not work either as the hardware resources stay in use despite the device being inactive, so new cards cannot get the resources they need to activate. The card in my case was a Powercolor Radeon 9250 PCI.

Ok so are you getting video from the card? Look in system information and see what graphics hardware the computers says is installed. Are you replacing a video card or did you add a card to the system? If you are adding a card make sure that you change the settings in the BIOS to boot first on AGP/PCI-E express slot. Make sure that fast write settings and bus speed settings are compatible with your card. For example if you purchased a 8X AGP card and your computer only does 4X the card may not work. Double check that you are trying to install the correct drivers for your card and operating system.
