You can download the device drivers from ASUS WEB site. Select your model motherboard/computer/laptop, and make sure you select drivers that matches your Windows operating system. Please click on this link to their WEB support site : - http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us
You can download your drivers at www.asus.com. Clcik on the support link and then lookup your specific board model # and input the operating system you are using. The site will then display all bios and drivers available for your board. Download and install the drivers you need and you should be all set. Hope this helps.

Do you see anything called "PCI DEVICE" in device management? it should be in yellow if it is there. if u have that error download and install microsoft uaa bus driver and it will then find the audio drivers. then u can start installing audio driver from your motherboard cd.
