do you mean sir the loading mechanism is stuck up?. ok unplug then re plugged first the vcr to reset the electronic board circuit. now if still the mechanism doesn't go back to its original position turn off and unplugged again the unit. then check the drive belt for capstan motor if not in proper place then replaced if worn out. make sure no foreign material that blocks to the mechanism and all the pinch roller that guide the tape are in proper place. then at the same time you need to check the servo drive board for the motor if the voltage is present, if none it might main board failure. at this time you can ask for the supplier for technical assistance.hope this will help you thanks for consulting the fixya.
