Panasonic L DMC-LZ2 Digital Camera
The date and time (and a lot more) are stored with every picture in its EXIF metadata. Any photo viewing/editing program should be able to display this data. To print this data, please consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print your pictures. Depending on the program and printer you may print the date on the image, in the margins, or on the back.

There is a guy in South Carolina that has good used parts for your LZ2. I think his email is [email protected]

Does the PC pop up with anything when the camera is plugged in? if so, make sure the camera is in plyback mode and check windows explorer, under My computer, there should be a extra drive letter pop up.
If not then the USB socket can become damaged easily (have a look). If the socket is damaged, then you can either get it repaired or buy a SD card reader. that stays connected to the PC through it's own USB cable, you take the SD card out of the camera and plug it in to the reader (this is a better and cheaper option)
Cheers.

You can set the megapixels and the quality but not the dpi. DPI is a setting for printers and scanners.
