First check if th phn has fallen frm ur hands or updated firmware via 3G or wifi or th sweat gets accumulated on th phn while talking causes it either freeze or touch sensation stops working so plz tell wht has actually happened nd also wht have u tried nd wht exactly shows on th screen

connect usb to laptop, then other end to phone. You will get a notice at top of drop down screen saying it is connected as a camera, if you want to connect it differently touch for other usb options. You can pick media device or camera. Hope this helps. :-)

You do need to install the Samsung USB drivers for your device. Visit the Samsung support site for your country or region and download them. I could not find your model on the Canada site. Error?

How to connect Samsung Galaxy S3 to TV..
There are 3 ways to do this..

1. You can use a compatible MHL adapter that connects to the micro USB charging port of your phone and then a regular HDMI cable from your TV connects to the MHL adapter that's connected to your phone. You will have to connect the Samsung micro USB charging cable to the MHL adapter in order for this to work.

You will be able to see everything that you do on your device, however you will be limited to how you hold your phone if you are trying to play a game and direct what you see on the screen to the TV.

Note: the MHL adapter may overheat your device if you have it on and working for long periods of time.
