Please let me know what is your installed operating system (XP/Vista/7/8/8.1) and its edition (Starter/Home/Pro/Enterprise). Some edition do not support multi-language, so you may have to buy a "Arabic" Windows media and license, and you can replace your keyboard with an Arabic keyboard later (if any).
