Checking for power at the dishwasher may involve pulling the connector cord if any and check the power outlet for power, if there is no power outlet and the dishwasher is hard wired into an electric box, the electric box needs to be opened and the wires need to be tested for power, involving removing the wire splice nuts or wire nuts. Once the power is verified to the dishwasher and the washer is still with no power, a fuse should be sought inside the dishwasher control panel or that the power feed wires are properly spliced.
