Doing a hard reset will erase all your saved files and application on your phone. It will restore your phone back to the default settings Hard reset procedure : 1. Make sure that your phone is off 2. Now you need to press the home button + volume down button + the power button at the same time 3. A recovery menu will appear 4. Choose wipe data/factory reset 5. You need to use your volume key to select and the power key to confirm the factory reset After doing a hard reset, you can now open your phone without a password.

If your phone is Nokia try default security like 0000 (or) 1234 (or) 12345.If the code does not works use Master Reset Code and reset it.You can get this code for some old model Nokia DCT and Alcatel old phones from Unlock-Free.com and reset it.
