Problems with my Micro SD Card

I bought a 2GB Micro SD Card yesterday, and, when i tested it in my v3i device, it simply didn't work...latter i would realize that my cellphone only accepted cards of 1GB at the best, and NO more than that. So, i wanna know: there is some software atualization to make my device accept cards of more than 1GB? PS - Sorry for my poor English...is that i'm Brazilian and my native language is Portuguese. Thanks

Sorry if your v3i only supports a 1GB micro sd card that's just the max no more than that.

The phone came with a 2GB microSD card however i've just bought an 8GB one to expand storage on the phone. i cant seem to remove the 2GB SD card. How do i remove it so i can put the new SD card in?

To remove the micro SD card push the micro SD card in further, it will click and then pop out.
To insert the new micro SD card insert it into the phone and push it in until it clicks in.

Maximum SD card size for TomTom ONE XL

The XLS which is not that much different and supports 4Gb as used in mine which allows me to keep maps of the US,Canada, UK, and the whole of europe on it and swap at will. I bought a cheap generic one. I do kow that those cards that use micro sd can and do have problems so best to avoid the micro type unless your device takes those specifically

Micro SD card

sharp, you have to format the SD through your phone and then copy the music to the folder provided by the phone for the music. make sure you check the playing / bitrate / file type of audio file that the phone is limited to play.

Computer is not reading my Micro SD, but phone is reading..

What size is the SD card in GBs? If it is larger than 2GB (4 or 8) do you have a SDHC card reader?
Also try formating the card first in the phone and then using it. Using it straight out of the package, while able to be written, my have difficultly with other devices reading the data.

Micro sd 4gb card problems.

Check the Sansa tutorials at http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/Default.aspx?CatID=1468
to make sure you have followed all the steps first.

In my experience, every mp3 player/photo frame/etc with a card reader has a MAXIMUM memory limit for the type of card that it can read. It is possible that the Sansa player can only read 2GB Micro SD cards or smaller - and thisi nformation may not have been available when they printed the manual. If you have followed all instructions, and it still will not read the card, try switching to a 2GB Micro SD card.

Large sd micro cards than originally intended?

soda monster, first of all wuz up man? the answer is yes, i had a razor v3i pretty much same thing to urs, and i installed a 2gb micro sd and it worked, and later i replaced it with a 4 gb card and it worked too. but sometimes when u have to many songs and pictures the phone will become slow and at times freezes ur phone too much, u will have to remove the battery and turn it back on, thats the only bad part , so a 2gb micro sd is recommended.
