When the camera exposes the last frame, it will rewind the remainder of the film back into the cartridge. Open the camera the same way you opened it to load the film and remove the cartridge.

Where to buy nikon one touch 90s film?

35mm film should still be available at any camera store. Many drugstores and supermarkets also stock film, though not as wide a selection.

My Mamiya C330 Pro only gives me 4 photos per roll

A few things to consider:
-Loading: Make sure you are not over loading the film before you start to shoot. I have sometimes turned the film advance too many times and end up cutting down on the amount of usable film.
-Are you loading the film in a dark area and careful to close up the back just after it has started to load to avoid exposing it?
-Shooting: Are you metering properly when shooting? Obviously underexposed images won't develop. You should consider a hand held meter.
-Shooting: Are you advancing the film more than it needs to be after you take your shot? Watch the film counter and feel for that click as it hits the next frame. I have advanced past the next shot many times by accident.
Hope that helps, Matt

How do you open the film compartment

Film releases are on the sides, or bottoms of cameras. Make sure the film is fully rewinded before you open it (or open it in pitch black, and manually rewind the film into the canister).

What iso of film im going to use...?

For outdoor pictures in daylight, I'd suggest ISO 200 film. Indoors, you may have to go to 400 or even 800.

There certainly is nothing wrong with Kodak films. If you're shooting slides, you might want to give the Fuji films a try, they tend to give much more saturated colors.
