It depends on what operating system you are using.

Here is a link for the driver (looks like it's for Windows Vista, XP, 2000).

From the description: "You must have DirectX 9.x or higher and Internet Explorer 6 or higher installed prior to installing this software. If you have Windows XP, you must have at least Windows XP Service Pack 2 installed."
