We have the Zebra TLP 2844 label printer. We print off labels that are 3"x1". Right now, the printer 'cuts off' after each label prints and we often print many at a time. In the past, this wasn't an issue because it was 1 label per box. Now, We are moving to 2 labels (the 2nd having the bar code) per box and would like to 'turn off' the label cutting feature so the labels don't get mixed up.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

recalibrate the label length in the printer(hold feed and power up). from memory bar-one uses the label settings from windows, so go into printers and faxes under control panel and correct the label size

Hi Burgymon,
The font that is used under the barcode will use the last font properties described prior to the barcode in the output. You may want to suppress the human readable option and create a separate text field to display the text version of the barcode contents.

I've had this problem. I changed the margins and it solved it.
SOURCE: TLP 2844 GAP sensor problem (I guess)
I had the same problem. I found out later there was a small piece of label sticking against the sensor, thus blocking the sensor from sensing the end of the label. As soon as I removed the label (open the cover, it is on the top part) it immediately started to work as usual. Hope this helps.
