I have JVC Everio GZ-MG345. I downloaded the data onto my computer and i have a perfect picture but no sound. None of the settings are on Mute and i have changed all audio settings and retried with no result. What have I missed??
Sir, im using USB cable too when im uploading my videos from my camcorder to my computer but im using ULEAD movie producer or any ULEAD products because its so easy to use and i almost suggest to those who have problem with their uploading software and after they used it, they agree with me. hope that helps!
