What youn need to do is take it to the shop and get it manually fixed as there is nothing you can do unless you are good with electronic you may have to get a master reset

My sim card invalid

The reason that it's showing that your sim card is invalid is because either the sim card has been deactivated already by your service provider, or the most likely cause is that your RIM BlackBerry Pearl 8100 is locked to another service provider. The only bypass for this would be to unlock your RIM Blackberry, or to subscribe to the service provider the phone is locked with.

I have a BlackBerry Pearl 8100, and every time I try to send a sms text message I get a Protocol Error

Hi, go to your wireless provider web site and got their proper number "SMS Message Center Numbers".
On the phone, go to Options/SMS Text, move down to the Service Center line and put in the proper number remembering to put the + plus sign in front of it. So if you get a Protocol Error and a Red X when trying to send SMS text, check this to fix it..

Bberry tour got soaked how to retrieve txts

Sounds like you have a broken trackball button membrane. The only way to get it up and running again is to open your blackberry2_bing.gif to physically clean or replace the membrane. If you want somebody else to do it for you go to Blackberry Repair. If you want to do it yourself, here is a Blackberry curve Repair Guide that shows how, the part is available on Ebay.

My blackberry pearl 8100 is doing things all on it's own. I will leave the phone on the desk and it starts calling people. The brick breaker game starts playing on its own. I have taken out the battery and...

try hard reset.here is how its done.make sure you backup everything before you do this as it will reset to factory settings.
  • From the home screen, select Options | Security Options
  • Select General Settings
  • On some devices, you now select "Services". If this isn't available, go to next step.
  • Click the trackwheel, and select Wipe Handheld
  • Click Continue
  • When prompted, type "blackberry" to continue
  • Your BlackBerry device will erase all the data and put the settings back to factory default
