My crown 602 xls tripped a breaker, I reset breaker regained power to receptacle , I lost power to the amp no led's come on front when i pushed the small reset button on the back I still did not regain...

They use a breaker instead of a fuse.

http://www.retrevo.com/support/Crown-XLS-602-Amps-manual/id/19050ci763/t/2/

CONDITION: No

power to the amplifier.

POSSIBLE REASON:

• The amplifier's Power switch is off.

• The amplifier is not plugged into the power receptacle.

• The amplifier's high-voltage power supply circuit breaker has tripped. Verify that the AC mains

voltage is correct, then press the Circuit Breaker button on the back panel.

Take it to the ER.

How do you "bridge" a d.j. 2 channel power amp? it

Very carefully... SInce the outputs are not specified as isolated, your speakers would be connected across the hots and the returns would be jumpered.
Then for the two inputs you would drive them balanced into the XLR connectors from a single balanced source and reverse pins 2 and 3 in ONE of the connectors of this Wye cable into one of the two inputs on the amp.

I have a crown 602 channel 2 shows signal coming in, but no volume comes out. Yet when its bridge it seems to put out more power than just one chanel. Not sure where to start looking into the #2 channel...

Common problem. Power transistor in channel#2 is weak or out completely.
Bridging converts from 2 channel(stereo) to mono and you are are useing both channels in series to effectivley double your output.

HOW i CAN CONNECT THE INPUTS TO A CROWN CTs1200?

there r lots of ways u can connect. i suggest u read the manual or go to this website (http://www.crownaudio.com/pdf/amps/137000.pdf) to access the manual. for balanced input i.e for input types like XLR jack types or TRS with three wires u know the one with thick mesh for ground and another two usually red and white- connect the thick mesh in the middle and the red or white to + or - per channel, make sure u select the dual mode. For unbalanced i.e 2 wires only connect one to + terminal and the other wire to both ground and - terminal, select mono by sliding the switch to mono side, to channel 1. These r few hints. i strongly suggest u go through the manual. i cannot xplain it all here. ***maintain polarity at all times.

The fault light immediately comes on my Crown XLS 602 power amp immediately upon turning it on. It will not go out?

Hi try disconnecting the speaker outs and turn off bridge (if its on) If it doesnt work still, then suggest direct to a crown agent. The amp has a 3 year no fault warranty. Hopefully its still in!

All the best
