With unit in spin cycle, check the drain hose to see that water is dispursing into the drain. If there is no water coming out of the hose, you most likely have a bad water pump. Need to replace. Best of luck.

on some kenmore washers the rear is not removable.. you will have to be more specific in what machine we are dealing with... If it is a toploader with a model # that begins with 110, the whle cabnet comes off and the rear panel is the only thing left. Kenmore frontloader, the rear panels do come off... remove the screws and voila (on frontloaders, the top will need to be removed before the rear can be removed... in most situations.)
The SUD error code means that there could be a couple of problems. It could be a bad pump, an extra heavy load, excessive detergent, or excessive suds.
replace water valve if its filling while not being used. if u hear the water in the tub but noty seeing it thats normal they water in them always. as far as mold u can buy some affresh its a cleaner for the frontloads
call a&e factory service, they will service the machine under warranty no mater what dealer that you purchased it from .
i will bet that they will after you tell them what is going on that they will replace the shock absorbers on the machine
If you can't see any water and just hear it, this is completely normal. This is a front load washer and has a special cover of the inner tub basket. This cover contains some water that has been sealed in at the factory to keep the load balanced while it is spinning.
