The Installation CD / Installer software can be had by going online to Microsoft and downloading the appropriate software from their support site.
Once installed, your computer should see/recognize the camera and be able to utilize it. You may have to restart the computer after you install the software.
When this happens to me I turn the internet box (the one cable is connected to) off and on again. and if this doesn't work try to have less connections.
that isyou need to go to add and remove programs if you have on uninstall using Windows clean up utility you can download it from www.support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
afer installing WICU go to Start .all programs and open WICU select works and click on remove
and then try installing works

Most program that are designed in XP doesnot work sometimes with Vista because of new features and new version of DirectX.
If you are installing the driver in Vista and is made for XP, and installation failed then wait for sometimes because Vista Recalculates the version and try to install the driver from recommended setiings. You wil get the option to choose to install this software using recommended settings. If it doesnot install and installation failed then try searching it's driver for Vista from internet.
Most probably recommended installation solves the problem of incompatibility of driver with Vista.
