Model HA 160B.
It has three knobs:
one for temperature
one for??useage (it has two marks at top and bottom and three at right of knob..what are these for?)
one for time, however, it does not seem to heat for baking until this knob is turned on.
Sevice personnel don't remember this model..very frustrating. It was made in China.

Top dial is Bake/Broil knob, it goes left to right. Starts with OFF @ 9 0-clock next is 100 dgre then @12 o-clock 180 Deg. is at top center next is 250 Deg. next 350 located opposite of off. Next @ 4 o-clock is 400 Deg. Next @ 5 o-clock is 450 Deg. and finally at the bottom at the 6 o-clock position is BROIL. The Center Knob is BAKE TIMER . Starts @ off position as 0, next @ 10 o-clock is 10-mins. Next @ 12 o-clock position is 20 mins. Next @ 2 o-clock pos. is 30 mins. Next @ 3 o-clock pos. is 40 mins. Next @ 5 o-clock pos. is 50 mins. Next and finial pos. is 60 mins. The Bottom knob is TOAST @ the 9 o-clock is is 0 next @ 11 o-clock pos. is Light , Next between the 12 & 1 o-clock pos. is MEDIUM and the final pos. @ 3 o-clock is DARK. TOAST.

Same here!! No instructions at all and it won't come on unless you turn on timer??
