Default security code is then set to 12345

*#7780# should reset the factory setting, although I'm not sure if this is a hard reset or soft reset.

Call the phone company , that is the only way to get the phone un locked keeping your Sim card.

The only other alternative is by replacing Phone SIM card.

Pappu, This is the problem with passwords. If you forget them then the only solution left is to re-install the firmware. Do that and never use passwords again.
