F2 -64 error on sharp AR-5618. But the toner still not finished. And then i replaced the toner chip. after that i only made a few copies then it indicates the same error.

on this code you may have to clean out the developing unit and start with fresh developer. Make sure the developer unit is not leaking from one of the bearings. You may need a tech for this one...

It could also be the sponge roller in the toner hopper. The old ones started to deteriorate after a while so sharp modified them.

The CRUM chip is what tells the copier that the correct toner is installed. It is specific to the toner cartridge. If it is a new cartridge then it should have a new CRUM chip and there should be no problem. If it is a recharge it's possible that the chip was not changed or the wrong one was used.
